GMC定梁數(shù)控龍門加工中心具備銑削、鏜削、鉆削(鉆、擴(kuò)、鉸)、攻螺紋、锪削等多種加工功能。針對(duì)客戶的不同特點(diǎn)，可選配全閉環(huán)光柵尺精密反饋系統(tǒng)、刀具中心冷卻功能、ATC機(jī)械手式刀庫(kù)、工件自動(dòng)測(cè)量、刀具自動(dòng)測(cè)量、4軸聯(lián)動(dòng)加工等功能，可為客戶配置性價(jià)比優(yōu)良、滿意貼心的產(chǎn)品。該產(chǎn)品技術(shù)指標(biāo)和配置國(guó)內(nèi)超前，產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝成熟，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，機(jī)床扭矩大，快速響應(yīng)特性佳，適用于汽車、模具、航空航天、包裝、五金等各種機(jī)械加工領(lǐng)域的需求。
GMC fixed beam CNC gantry machining center quipped with milling,boring(drilling, expansion, hinge), tapping, countersink and other processing functions. For the different characteristic of customers, optional Full closed loop optical scale detection system, tool center cooling function, ATC robot hand style, automatic workpiece measurement, tool automatic measurement,4 axis linkage processing and other functions, customers can enjoy excellent cost-effective configuration, satisfied with the intimate products.
